How Insomnia Can Harm Your Oral Health

Posted on 9/6/2021 by Everwell Dentistry
Insomnia can be awful. Tossing and turning in vain efforts to return to sleep can be maddening. Your mind races between insignificant topics and the meaning of life. Equally as important, make good food choices in the middle of the night. Choose leftovers over sugary or starchy snacks. Drink water over sugary drinks. When you start your day, brush your teeth normally twice a day and don't forget to floss. Give us a call if you have any questions regarding your oral health; we are here to help you!...
