Do I Need a Nighttime Mouth Guard to Protect My Teeth?

Common Disorders Affecting Your Mouth at Night

The most common sleeping issue that affects your teeth is Bruxism. It is essentially the regular grinding of your teeth; It affects 10 to 15 percent of adults. Boil-and-bite guards are found in most drugstores and are relatively inexpensive. You boil them to soften and then bite into them, customizing them for your teeth.
