![]() Express Your Concerns If you are worried about an upcoming dental procedure or appointment, please let us know. We have experience working with people with all levels of dental anxiety, and our goal is to make the experience as comfortable as possible. We can make recommendations about how to ease your dental anxiety, including bringing a support person with you or listening to music. Ask Questions We want you to feel comfortable with your dental treatment. In many cases, this means letting us answer your questions, but if you don't ask, we won't know that you have them. Asking questions is a good way to dispel some of your dental fear and anxiety, as you'll feel more informed and in control. Consider Sedation DentistryIn some cases of severe anxiety, sedation dentistry options are recommended to ease your discomfort during your dental appointment. Oral sedation is available, but you will typically need a support person to drive you home after the appointment. For major procedures, IV moderate sedation or general anesthesia may be recommended. When you are relaxed and at ease during your dental appointment, the process will go much smoother for everyone involved. That's why we want to know about any dental anxiety or fears that you might experience. We are here to help, so please call us to discuss your apprehension further. |
